About this document
This document explains the conditions for using Streamfolio. Consult each application’s document to understand its features and how your data is handled.
Operator and contact
Patjool, in Campeche, Mexico, is responsible for handling the information described in this document. You can email soporte@patjool.com or register questions and requests about your data in the support section.
Personal organization
Streamfolio organizes your story library. It does not distribute audiovisual works or include streaming subscriptions. Information depends on what you enter. References to platforms do not imply affiliation.
Content and rights
Use only your own text, photos and other content or content you have the right to use. Respect the rights of those who created the recipes, images and brands you record.
Requests about your data
In support you can register technical questions and requests about your data. Do not include passwords, medical documents or others’ data without permission. Registering a deletion request does not automatically delete an account. Signing out does not delete data either.
Response and retention
Requests receive a response within one week. Requests are retained for one month. The timeframe for processing account deletion is one month. Registering the request does not immediately delete the account.
