Using the website
This website presents Patjo’ol and its applications. Browsing does not create an app account or purchase services. Use the form for legitimate requests and avoid sending spam, malicious files, passwords or others’ data without permission.
Content and rights
Use only your own text, photos and other content or content you have the right to use. Respect the rights of those who created the recipes, images and brands you record.
Requests about your data
In support you can register technical questions and requests about your data. Do not include passwords, medical documents or others’ data without permission. Registering a deletion request does not automatically delete an account. Signing out does not delete data either.
Response and retention
Requests receive a response within one week. Requests are retained for one month. The timeframe for processing account deletion is one month. Registering the request does not immediately delete the account.
