About this document
This document explains how information is used in Medical Control. Consult each application’s document to understand its features and how your data is handled.
Operator and contact
Patjool, in Campeche, Mexico, is responsible for handling the information described in this document. You can email soporte@patjool.com or register questions and requests about your data in the support section.
Health information
Profiles, appointments, diagnoses, studies, results, prescriptions, medicines, processes, notes and documents may contain sensitive health information. You decide what to record to organize it and consult its history. Enter others’ information only with permission or valid representation.
Storage and permissions
Records and attachment copies are stored on your device. Profiles organize information and do not have individual passwords: anyone accessing the app can view its profiles. Notification and alarm permissions enable appointment reminders. Android may back up or transfer data according to its settings. Viewers chosen to open documents can read those attachments.
Caring for your documents
The app does not let you export or restore records, or delete all records in a profile at once. Keep originals and protect access to your device. Deleting an attachment within the app does not delete the original file or copies in system backups.
Requests about your data
In support you can register technical questions and requests about your data. Do not include passwords, medical documents or others’ data without permission. Registering a deletion request does not automatically delete an account. Signing out does not delete data either.
Response and retention
Requests receive a response within one week. Requests are retained for one month. The timeframe for processing account deletion is one month. Registering the request does not immediately delete the account.
