About this document
This document explains how information is used in My Diet Menu. Consult each application’s document to understand its features and how your data is handled.
Operator and contact
Patjool, in Campeche, Mexico, is responsible for handling the information described in this document. You can email soporte@patjool.com or register questions and requests about your data in the support section.
Recipe book and optional sign-in
Recipes, ingredients, amounts, instructions, photos, favorites, history and schedules are stored on your device. You can use the app without signing in. With Google sign-in, Firebase Authentication identifies your account and Cloud Firestore stores the data you sync, including recipes, photos, history and schedules. The account may include an identifier, name, email address and profile photo reference.
Tags and permissions
Tags related to gastritis, insulin resistance or other interests may reveal health information when linked to your account or history. They organize recipes and are not a diagnosis or professional endorsement. Camera, gallery and notification permissions let you add images and receive reminders.
Synced data
Synchronization sends recipe book information to the cloud. Deleting a recipe also deletes its cloud copy. Switching the account you sign in with displays that account’s data. Use your own photos or photos you have permission to use, and avoid others’ data without permission. Signing out does not delete your account data.
Analytics and diagnostics
Streamfolio and My Diet Menu do not collect analytics data or send diagnostic or error reports.
Requests about your data
In support you can register technical questions and requests about your data. Do not include passwords, medical documents or others’ data without permission. Registering a deletion request does not automatically delete an account. Signing out does not delete data either.
Response and retention
Requests receive a response within one week. Requests are retained for one month. The timeframe for processing account deletion is one month. Registering the request does not immediately delete the account.
