About this document
This document explains how information is used in Streamfolio. Consult each application’s document to understand its features and how your data is handled.
Operator and contact
Patjool, in Campeche, Mexico, is responsible for handling the information described in this document. You can email soporte@patjool.com or register questions and requests about your data in the support section.
Account access
You can sign in with email and password or Google. Firebase Authentication, Google’s authentication service, identifies your account and associates it with your records on the device.
Your library
Titles, statuses, ratings, notes, favorites and relationships between stories are stored on your device. Recent searches, visual preferences and references to selected images are also saved. Statistics are calculated from your library.
Session and device data
The library does not sync across devices. You currently cannot export it or import personal files; the import option loads a sample catalog. Signing out does not delete your library or recent searches. Deleting a title and deleting an account are different actions. Android settings may allow backups or data transfers to another device.
Analytics and diagnostics
Streamfolio and My Diet Menu do not collect analytics data or send diagnostic or error reports.
Requests about your data
In support you can register technical questions and requests about your data. Do not include passwords, medical documents or others’ data without permission. Registering a deletion request does not automatically delete an account. Signing out does not delete data either.
Response and retention
Requests receive a response within one week. Requests are retained for one month. The timeframe for processing account deletion is one month. Registering the request does not immediately delete the account.
